The Hummingbird Cocktail

*3/4 oz of Gin

 *3/4 oz of campari

 *1/2 oz of St Germain (or Elderflower Cordial)

 *1/4 oz of sweet vermouth

*1 wedge of orange

*Soda water to top off

 Combine in Collins Glass, fill with crushed ice, top with soda water, swizzle, garnish with orange wheel.
