Ingredients
*2 oz Beefeater gin
*½ oz elderflower liqueur
*½ oz fresh lemon juice
*2 oz pineapple juice
*1 oz apple juice
*2 bar spoons blueberry jam
*Mint sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Add a handful of ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Pour into a coupe glass.
Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
*Lather rinse and repeat!
