Drink #1 - The Mighty Aphrodite
3 oz. Prosecco Rose
2 oz. Mastiha
Add mastiha to a coupe glass, top with prosecco.
Drink #2 - The Mastiha Maia
2 oz. Mastiha
2 oz. Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
7.5 oz can Q Mixer sparkling grapefruit
3 sprigs rosemary
Muddle sprig of rosemary in shaker.
Add the citrus juices, ice to a cocktail shake and shake
Add ice to glass and strain shaker.
Add grapefruit sparkling water and garnish with rosemary sprig.

Made with equal parts Mastiha, Campari and a good bourbon. Shake with ice.
