*1 ounce Bourbon
*½ ounce fresh lemon juice
*½ ounce simple syrup
*4 ounces Champagne or prosecco, chilled
Instructions
Pour the bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.
Add a cup of ice to the cocktail shaker, place the lid on top and shake until well chilled, about 10 to 15 seconds.
Strain into a glass, and then top with chilled Champagne or prosecco.
Add garnish if desired, then serve.
